POSITIVE VIBES. PRETTY THINGS.

In the midst of all the craziness known as the election results, I've decided to concentrate on more positive things:

like how there is an all new episode of Nashville tonight, how our railings at home are almost finished (thankful for my handy husband!), my list from yesterday, and all of these items that I'm currently drooling over and hope they magically find their way into my closet:

{only $50 bones!}

These make a girl happy, right? RIGHT?
And since I prefer budget friendly clothing, most of these are really affordable.

I will say this, I do think everyone has the right to voice their opinion via social media, but it's not your position/place to tell them their views are wrong. I truly believe going out of your way to attack people, or to "chirp in their ear" based on their political stance/beliefs is classless. I have many friends who have opposing views, and somehow after all these years we are still extremely close!

*My "What I Wore" post will come on Friday because unfortunately the internet wouldn't work on our computer all night!

Now, call we all just move on and focus on linking up tomorrow for Saw It. Pinned It. Did It?!
I know that's what I'm doing. :)

I'm so excited to share another recent DIY with all of you, and see what you have up your sleeves!

-Linked up here for my loves today-

  3. I am all about positive things too - that election jibber jabber was driving me nuts. More importantly right now are those shoes - I die.

    And I can't wait to see what DIY you got up next. ;)

  4. Such cute picks! I couldn't agree with you more re: politics. Everyone is free to have their own opinions. It doesn't need we mean to broadcast that anyone opposing our own beliefs are wrong/stupid/uninformed.

  5. Completely agree with the political view comments. Even if you don't agree with others I think it's important to respect their beliefs. Your items are a great (and positive!) thing to think about today!
