6 WEEKS ON MY NUTRITION PROGRAM


Happy Thursday! This was actually supposed to be published yesterday, but it was my fault on not remembering to hit publish (MINOR detail) before I took the kids out for the morning.

Anyway, it's been 6 weeks since I started my new nutrition program that I've been doing so I wanted to share more about it, and my own personal results picture that I was too big of a chicken to share last month.


I'm happy to share my results because I have nothing but love for the products and how much they have helped me, and I've SO enjoyed being given the opportunity to help so many others get healthy as well.

I no longer rely on my caffeine. 
I have more energy than I did pre kids. 
I've lost over 8 pounds and my midsection hasn't been this size for many years now.
And cleansing once per week has totally changed how I feel mentally and physically.


Not only that but I have gained a huge support system and wake up to most inspiring, feel good texts like THIS on a daily basis...



All of these girls are on our team and have made SUCH amazing progress. I couldn't be more proud and happy for them. If I could go back in time I wish that I wouldn't have been so closed minded to trying something new (to me) and been more open to stepping outside of my comfort zone. I get asked sometimes if I still eat "real" food and the answer is OF COURSE. I am not missing anything. at all.
