I'm On A Boat!

My current state: sleep deprived. tired. sleep deprived.

This weekend we were at the lake where our friends and Billy's grandparents have cottages {about 2 1/2 hours from where we live}.

Friday night was spent hanging out with friends and dancing at a local bar until the wee hours of the morning. I knew when the clock read 4am it was time for me to go to bed. We were all up by 9am on Saturday to get the day started with a big 'family' breakfast and to head out to the lake to lay out, jetski, boat, etc. Saturday night Billy's grandparents took us out to dinner to a local winery called MonAmi - we had beautiful weather and the food was great! Later on that night, we met back up with all our friends & all huddled around the fire and roasted s'mores! :) I was in bed by midnight because I could barely keep my eyes open from getting close to zero sleep the night before. Sunday morning, we woke up and went perch fishing with Billy's grandparents for a couple hours - we caught 15 perch and a bunch of sheephead. Billy's brother, his girlfriend, and Billy's twin sister all decided to come up for the day so when we got back from fishing we got to take Billy's families new boat out!! We docked the boat at a cute restaurant on the water after driving it for a while and then made our way back to the cottage. Billy was so excited to finally get to drive and be on the boat!
