Manic Monday

You know how I've mentioned time and time again how much I love Mondays because it's a fresh new week?

Not this Monday. I am currently in a Monday comatose and all signs of getting out are pointing to No.

It may be due to this...

aka
pretending like I'm still in college and can hang like I used to..

pool party with adult beverages, volleyball, and live bands from 11am-6pm and then going out at night can do some damage. My body still hates me.

So today...I'm going to take Erin's birthday cake

and eat it, too.
Pity party for 1, please.

PS-Happy Birthday Erin! Come to Ohio, stat. Love ya :)

Just one thing before I go, though:

Did all you 'Arry Po'er fans enjoy Part 2 this weekend?

I loved it, but am so sad it's all over. I'm not sure what I will do when November 18th comes around and Harry Potter AND the Twilight series will be over...what ever will I do with myself at that point?! ::tear::

tell me your thoughts on the movie!!!

xo.

  1. I didn't get to go b/c Hubby was under the weather. :( Good news is, this is only part one of Breaking Dawn, so we still have part two to look forward to!

Unfortunately I did the same thing as you this weekend and am STILL feeling the effects today. I totally lost my voice too, not cool!

  4. Oh my goodness, you are too sweet.
If you didn't notice-I did have a few extra spoons with that cake, just for you to eat so I am glad you are going to :) And yeah-I should probably consider leaving work pronto and road tripping it to Ohio pronto. Take me to the pool you were at and we'd be set. Have a great day and thank you for the birthday wishes..you are the coolest.

  5. cried like a baby at the end of part 2. can't believe it's over! and I know what you mean about still thinking you can "hang" - I feel so old when I try to stay out late and party like I did in college haha.
