We watched a movie called Forks Over Knives that literally changed my ENTIRE viewpoint on eating meat. I am happy with the way I eat (and the indulgences I take) but I do wish I worked out more often. I stay active in the summer and fall months, hiking and walking, etc, but it's never usually regimented for longer than a few weeks other than that. I used to work out with a trainer 3 times a week for 2 years, but alas, I was pregnant right in the middle of it so I never really saw excellent results.
